Sometimes I'll just youtube kissing scenes for inspiration. No... seriously. Surely I'm not the only one who does that?

Well, anyway, if there's anything I love talking about, it's a good kissing scene. And I'm always curious about people's picks. I'm thinking film kisses... movie and TV. Here are a few of my favorites. Feel free to chime in. I'd hate to miss out on a primo make-out session.
Fritz and Gray in Catch and Release:
Ooooh my word, yes, please! Wall, wall, wall! I have a serious weakness for walls because of this movie. The scene just builds and builds... and that anger hides and then sparks intense passion that you can feel straight through to your toes. Love. It.
True Blood - Sookie and Bill's first kiss:
Ooof. You can just taste how badly Sookie wants Bill to kiss her well before it happens. He's a wild card, and that undercurrent of messed up attraction/lethality is pretty climactic. Then during the kiss... yeah. Dangerous attractions, indeed.
Twilight - Edward and Bella's first kiss:
Okay, pre-empt, I don't even care who you are or how you feel about this series. This kiss was stupid amounts of sexy. Raw, real, completely well done. Chemistry, chemistry, chemistry, people... they haz it.
Pride and Prejudice - The almost kiss:
Yeah, for me, this almost kiss was even better than an actual smooch. You give me angst + unresolved sexual tension and it's the recipe for perfection. Apparently, it's quite the hot topic across the globe, though. Some love, some hate.
EDIT: Because - Lord forgive me - I am ashamed to have left out the following scene, which is also one of my faves! Thanks, Jessica, for pointing it out.
Damon and Elena (Katherine) from Vampire Diaries.
Not only is the character of Damon absolutely painfully sexy (seriously... my heart... it palpitates), but the bad boy, good girl heart-wrenching Elena/Damon thing is appealing in the utmost. This deceiving kiss had me going "Whaaaaa?!??!" and then "YES!!!!" and then "Ohh, damn" in one breath.
Ok, so those are a few of my favorites. What do you think? What am I missing? What should I know about?

Hmmm, I shall have to search out some of my favorites. :) But indeed, you'd have to be an idiot to deny the chemistry Rob and Kristen have there as Edward and Bella. Maybe it's because they're really in luuuuuuurve. :P
I can't BELIEVEEE you left out one of my favorites. Damon and Katherine (which should have been Elena) in The Vampire Diaries season 1 finale. GAHHHHH *melts*.
I'm gonna have to go with the first reunion kiss from "the notebook" between Ryan and Rachel. THAT is some serious chemistry. Add in the reenactment they did during the MTV movie awards aaaaand I'm a puddle.
Top Gun. The light, the shadows, the tongue. I don't care what you thought of the movie, or what you think of Tom Cruise, but the kissing (sex) scent is HAWT!

I admit, I'm a classicist. Rhett & Scarlett, all the way. I love how confident he is that he's giving her what she really wants but refuses to admit. It almost let's me forgive Clark Gable his inability to speak with a southern accent, the the English Vivian Leigh had no problem.

Sassy... I remember watching that scene in Top Gun as a kid and being VERY confused about why I wanted to rewind and rewatch several times in a row. ;)
